Hello!

I'm Natalie. I have loved creating art my whole life but it wasn't until the last 5 years that I really sat down and worked on developing my skill as an oil painter. I am not formally trained and have a bachelors in geography and environmental studies. I found time at night or days off from my regular day job to learn and grow as a painter.

 

 I grew up in Southern California and and fell in love with the great outdoors early in life thanks to parents that frequently took our family road tripping and camping. As I grew older, I found a passion for hiking and backpacking. Living in a state that harbors a wide array of environments fostered my desire to create art that celebrated all forms of the natural environment. From high alpine lakes and snow capped mountains to the dry, sun soaked deserts and wave beaten shore lines; I strive to paint it all.

With my artwork I hope to inspire others to get outside and develop a deeper connection with the natural world we are so lucky to be apart of.
