Hello!

I’m Natalie, a self-taught oil painter who has spent the past decade learning and refining my craft during evenings and days off from school and work. Painting has always given me a strong sense of purpose, while also serving as a way to mentally escape into the outdoors—even when I’m creating those landscapes from my living room.

I grew up in Southern California, where I fell in love with the outdoors at an early age thanks to parents who often took our family on road trips and camping adventures. As I got older, that connection grew into a passion for hiking and backpacking.

More often than not, my paintings are inspired by places I’ve traveled to, hiked through, or simply discovered along the side of the road. Living in a state—and a country—rich with such a diverse range of landscapes has fueled my desire to create art that celebrates the full spectrum of the natural world. From high alpine lakes and snow-capped mountains to sun-soaked deserts and wave-beaten shorelines, I strive to capture it all with oil paint.

I create artwork for those that find meaning when they're out on the water or amoungst the trees. I hope to inspire others to step outside, connect with nature, and develop an appreciation that encourages caring for the landscapes we are so fortunate to be a part of.

Thank you for your support!

-Natalie
